< ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: This position will be a part of the Construction
< Management Services group at Enron Facility Services. Enron Facility
< Services has separate benefit programs from Enron Corp. The General
Manager
< is responsible for the successful completion of all construction
associated
< with energy projects within the Southeast Region. The GM is responsible
for
< the profit and loss of the regional office, staffing and training of
< personnel, and identification and development of new business within the
< region. The GM must be able to simultaneously manage multiple Construction
< Managers and office personnel, as well as deal effectively with EFS, EES
< and with outside customers at a high level. Responsibilities: Write and
< implement the Business Plan for the Southeast Regional office. Hire and
< train qualified personnel to manage project construction and office
< functions. Hire origination and project development personnel to pursue
new
< business outside of EES projects. Build and maintain a working
relationship
< with EFS, EES and outside clients. Maintain a good relationship with all
< inside and outside subcontractors, ensure that subcontractors maintain
< budget and schedule constraints.

< ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: BSME/EE or Construction Management. Minimum of
< seven to ten years of field construction experience, and the ability to
run
< a regional office. Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, boiler retrofits,
< controls, hot water and condensate systems. Experience in managing
< successful construction projects. Knowledge of the construction process,
< scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting and cash flow processing.
< Ability to work well as a team player and to communicate effectively with
< others.
