Attached is the proposed agenda for the ENA Legal Conference schedule for
October 5-6. I wanted to give the Legal Committee a preview before it was finalized. The DealBench demonstration was only recently added to the agenda, and is subject to further development. Also, an attorney with Milbank, Tweed's e-commerce and technology group will be making a presentation, but we have not yet developed the topic, so any suggestions would be helpful. Finally, the exact schedule is subject to change, depending on individual speakers' preferences and schedules.
