Dale is working with the origination team on a deal named "Coyote II" (the
sale of the possibility of building a power plant near the watermelon
growing capital of eastern Oregon). The deal has reached one of several
"final stages" of great intensity and the idea of a basis swap has been
thrust into the commercial mixture as a possible solution to various
problems. We very much need you help to sort through the issues. It begins
with a question about characterization: when Dale advised the team that
swaps had to go throug the Houston channels the response was: "oh, its not a
financial swap, its a physical swap. So, here we go.---cgy
