Subject: Pride Transaction Confirm

Enclosed is a copy of the Confirmation for a deal "which is not agreed to by
Pride but is to be negotiated tommorrow". I need this 2 copies of this
confirm put on letter head and initialed by legal and sent to Chris Hilgert.
Chris will attach the necessary DASH and forward same to Brian Redmond for
signature.
