As you know, Enron Wholesale Services (=01&EWS=018) maintains official Pol=
icies=20
and Procedures Regarding Confidential Information and Securities Trading=20
(=01&Policies and Procedures=018), which have been revised as of November 1=
5, 2000=20
to reflect the new EWS structure. Many EWS employees are being required to=
=20
become familiar with, and certify compliance with, the Policies and=20
Procedures. =20

Additionally, the EWS legal department is conducting one-hour classroom=20
training sessions for certain personnel whose job functions are critical to=
=20
the Policies and Procedures. By virtue of your role in the financial=20
trading group, your participation in such training is important to the=20
success of the Policies and Procedures.

Therefore, please register for one of the four one-hour sessions listed=20
below. Each session is tailored to a particular commercial group, and it=
=20
would be preferable if you could attend the session for your group (your=20
particular group is the one highlighted in bold on the list below). Howeve=
