AEP PRO SERV, INC., WINS CONTRACT TO BUILD 250-MEGAWATT COMBINED CYCLE GAS-FIRED POWER PLANT FOR CPV ATLANTIC AEP Pro Serv Inc., the non-regulated professional services subsidiary of Columbus, Ohio-based American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP), has been awarded a contract by the CPV Atlantic Project for the engineering, design, construction and project management of a 250-megawatt (mw) power plant in the City of Port St. Lucie, Fla. The scope of AEP Pro Serv?s work will also include start-up and commissioning of the combined cycle natural gas-fired facility.
