As discussed, in order to maximize the time available to us on the monday and as such will ask each of you to pull together a presentation specific to the subject as outlined. As a group, we will be able to raise the level of understanding to ensure our strong year continues and more importantly to broaden the knowledge base to improve on your marketing/orig efforts and success.



Materials need to be completed a couple of days ahead of time to incorporate into a booklet format. All materials will be consolidated through Mara and be ready for the Sunday/Monday session. Each of you should have about an hour to present subject.

Stephanie Miller:

Transportation flows ( by volume, winter summmer etc. ) pipelines across the west. Include all new expansions and details of supply, market etc. You may have to cross reference with Generation growth..

Kim Ward:

Overview of Utility's in the west, specifically, Socal, San Diego, PG&E, Southwest Gas, Sierra Pacific, PNM, Southern Union. Include in your presentation, volumes/day, transport held, supply plans, risk management activities, regulated and non regulated commentary. Service territory maps and details on full requirements and Enron or customer POOL sales (explain process, risks... opportunities.)

Dave Fuller:
a) generation summary across west, including details of load, probability, transportation, marketing opportunities, target customers.

b) Overview of utility activities in west, including all Pacific NW utilities. ( sames a Kim's ).

Paul Lucci:

Detailed overview of Rockies production ( by basin), 1 year micro, plus 3 - 5 yr views and analysis. supply demand by season, load forecasting models. and marketing opportunities./issues.


Phil Polsky: AGA analysis, Storage and western micro and macro supply demand overview. Supply / Demand summary report that will feed fundamentals package

Stephanie Miller/ Mara Bronstein: Transportation tariff model including all demand, commodity cash, and term forecasted transportation costs summary report. ( this will get incorporated into spread model on a real time basis.)

Eric Moon: Presentation on structured products, derivatives, collars, three ways, straddles, swaptions, double ups.. etc..
