1) BP has requested their new contract be amended to include alternate deliveries WOT at the discounted rate which increased from $0.26 to $0.27 for this flexibility. Total incremental revenue of $182,500.

2) SoCal unbundling - I have had conversations this week with all my Needles customers about SoCal's unbundling and upcoming open season.

3) NGPL has agreed to dollar-value the new OBA which will be dated 1-1-02. I have forwarded a draft of the OBA to them this week. TW has agreed to waive the penalty provisions under the OBA.

4) Duke - Facility Planning and I had a meeting this week with reps from Duke on the Clovis NM power plant which should be online Q304.
