1 15-16 oz can yellow cream style corn
1 cup saltine cracker crumbs 1/2 tsp salt 2 Tbls butter 2 beaten eggs 1/3 to 1/2 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup crumbled bacon 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Combine corn, cracker crumbs, mix well. Add salt, eggs, milk, bacon and mix well. Place in 12 by 7 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Recipe can be doubled and baked in 13 X 9 dish.
