Re-rate to COI and NOB Branch Groups

Market Notification: After the Day Ahead Market ran for Friday, 8/17/01, for
the operating day, 8/17/01, the COI Branch Group (Path 66) limit was changed
from 4020 to 4300 MW (N-S) and from 2450 to 3675 MW (S-N). In addition, the
NOB Branch Group (Path 65) the N-S was changed from 2520 to 2875 MW and S-N
was changed from 1904 to 2804 MW. This re-rate is due to the cancellation
of scheduled work from HE 08 to HE18. Sent by Market Operations (916)
