The following is the latest schedule for ADS phase II items. We will be
splitting the release into two parts.

Release 1 -- OOS/OOM/RMR dispatch:
Market Sim: 11/12 - 11/16
Meeting to review dispatched calculated energy: 11/27
Release to Market: 12/11

Release 2 -- Other phase II items:
No market sim proposed
Release to Market: 1/16/02

More details and clarifications regarding OOS/OOM and the remainder of ADS
phase II will be forthcoming.
