As per clause 7.4 of the LNG Sales Contract, EcoElectrica hereby cancels the cargo which was scheduled as part of the 90-day schedule for delivery to Ecoelectrica September 21-25, 2001. The next scheduled delivery of LNG by Cabot (Tractebel) to EcoElectrica is a spot cargo on the "Methane Arctic" to be delivered at EcoElectrica no later than September 29, 2001.
