Confirming our conversation this morning, we have agreed that Cabot will provide the notices to EcoElectrica per section 7.1(a) of the LNG supply contract on or before July 16, 2001 instead of June 1, 2001. EcoElectrica will then provide its notices per the same section on or before August 16, 2001 instead of July 1, 2001. Thanks and regards, Dan Masters
