After a pretty uneventful morning session, the market perked up in the afternoon, led by the strength in the blue chip components and a welcome rebound in the tech sector... Strikingly, the indices staged another late rally that left them at, or near, their best levels of the day... In fact, combined with yesterday's gain, the Dow made up the entirety, and then some, of Tuesday's 247-point loss...
